Assets follow a workflow from the point of ingestion, which includes the process of acquiring offers. Offers allow users to interact with playable content. Learn more about the ingestion process and the setup of Deals, Plans, Offers, and Entitlements in our section on [*Rules*](/v1/docs/). > [!NOTE] > **Note:**Assets are often referred to as *Items* in the API - these two terms are interchangeable. ### The asset catalog The asset catalog is where you can find all your ingested assets. Click on the table headers to sort your catalog by *Title*, *Type*, *Date Modified*, or *Date Created*. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/2e698e3c-4773-44a4-9476-1d05bac85eee/Images/Documentation/360009104680.png) ### How do I filter assets? You're likely to have a lot of assets in your catalog, which is why Presentation Manager provides an extensive search functionality: 1. If you know exactly what you're looking for, find an asset by typing the title or ID into the ![Enter_item_title_or_ID_.png](https://cdn.document360.io/2e698e3c-4773-44a4-9476-1d05bac85eee/Images/Documentation/4415931619218.png) search field. 2. To filter the catalog and narrow down your search: Any assets matching the search criteria display in the table below. 1. Search by *type*, *subtype*, *genre*, *keyword*, *category*, *distributor*, *deal*, or *status*. 2. Select an asset thumbnail or title from within the asset catalog to open the asset's detail page. The left-hand navigation menu allows you to view or edit *asset metadata*, *scheduling*, *images*, *themes*, *offers*, and *related asset* information. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/2e698e3c-4773-44a4-9476-1d05bac85eee/Images/Documentation/360009178220.png) The example below shows you the elements you'll see at the top of the asset's detail page: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/2e698e3c-4773-44a4-9476-1d05bac85eee/Images/Documentation/360009162940.png) | Key | Control | Definition | | --- | --- | --- | | 1 | Asset thumbnail | The image ingested with the asset. The aspect ratio varies with the asset type. | | 2 | Asset title | The name of the asset. | | 3 | Asset type | Indicated by an icon, for example, **MV** for *Movie*, **CP** for *Competition*. | | 4 | Asset ID | A unique ID in Presentation Manager, useful for searching. | | 5 | Distributor | The studio or source of the asset. | | 6 | Deal | License terms under which the asset is offerable. | | 7 | Status | The flag is dependent on whether the offer set at ingestion is *approved* and *active*. The status can be validated and offered directly within Presentation Manager. | | 8 | Pre-approved flag | If set, the workflow automatically publishes to the apps. | | 9 | Last modified date and user | The last edited information is displayed here. |
