# Badges and logos

An Asset can have a Text Badge and an Image Badge configured within the metadata side tab, and a Distributor Logo uploaded within the Images side tab - these all enable more information to be displayed about that asset in the apps.

Key benefits:

- **Enhanced Visual Identification:** Provide immediate visual cues that help users quickly recognize channels, distributors, or subscription levels, improving navigation and user experience.
- **Brand Reinforcement:** Displaying channel logos and distributor marks strengthens brand presence within the product interface, fostering trust and familiarity among users.
- **Clear Differentiation:** Distinguish different subscription tiers or content sources at a glance, aiding users in understanding available options and making informed choices.
