# Dashboard and navigation

This article covers the Presentation Manager dashboard and navigation setup.

> **Note:** The menu navigation and options may differ depending on whether you're signing in as an administrator, a manager, or a user.

## What is the dashboard?

The dashboard is your landing page for AXIS Presentation Manager. You arrive on this page each time you sign in, and whenever you click on the AXIS logo in the top left-hand corner.

### Dashboard features

#### Customer statistics

At the top of the page you'll see summary user statistics, based on recent customer activity. The data is based on *active* user accounts, and includes:

- *Customers*: The total number of customers in AXIS
- *Active*: Customers who signed in within the last 30 days
- *New*: Customers who registered within the last 30 days
- *At risk:* Customers who signed in between 30 and 60 days ago

The metrics are calculated either hourly or daily (depending on the type) and will follow your timezone settings in Presentation Manager.

#### Other features

The dashboard also shows you a linear schedule from your channel assets, as well as other data that has been recently added or modified:

- What's on
- Recent assets
- Recent lists
- Recent pages
- Recent deals
- Recent users (these are users with your organization)
- Activity log (also accessible from the primary navigation menu - see below)

> **Note:** Click on the AXIS logo in the top left corner of the primary navigation bar to return to the dashboard from anywhere in AXIS Presentation Manager.

### Global navigation

AXIS Presentation Manager is organized into primary and secondary navigation bars. The options available at each level are described in the table below:

#### Primary navigation

The top menu bar represents the primary, high level navigation, and below it are one or more secondary navigation options.

#### Secondary navigation

Secondary navigation options take you to specific pages. When you select a primary navigation item, the leftmost secondary option is generally selected by default – as seen below with *Display*→*Pages*. Simply change the selection to go to a different page.

| Help Center | Not applicable | Link to the AXIS help center. |
| Product Roadmap | Not applicable | Link to the AXIS product roadmap. A high-level summary of recently added features, work in progress and upcoming deliveries. Includes the ability to suggest and rate ideas. |
| Activity Log | Not applicable | Activity log for diagnosing ingestion or publishing issues. |
| Account | - My details - Change password - Sign out | User-specific details and settings. |
