# Import activity

This article shows how to track the import of [site structure](/v1/docs/site-structure-export-and-import), [navigation rules](/v1/docs/navigation-rules-export-and-import), or [aliases](/v1/docs/page-alias-export-and-import).

## Accessing the Import Activity section

Access the *Import Activity* section on the *Technical Tools* page from the left menu.

## Import Activity fields

The import list displays the following information:

- **Import****Status**: If the import succeeded or failed. In the case of failure, this field contains the error message.
- **Data****Type**: If the import involves either the [site structure](/v1/docs/site-structure-export-and-import), [navigation rules](/v1/docs/navigation-rules-export-and-import), or [aliases](/v1/docs/page-alias-export-and-import).
- **Requested by**: The user who requested the import.
- **Started on**: When the import started.
- **Duration**: How long the import took.
