# Log in

In this article, we cover how to log in to DIVA Back Office.

### Signing up

You're new to DIVA Back Office and ready to learn about the video Content Management System (CMS).

To make sure your work is safely protected, there are a few steps to take before you can log in to DIVA Back Office for the first time.

3. Select the *Send verification code*button and enter your new password. Refer to the password requirements in *red*. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/2e698e3c-4773-44a4-9476-1d05bac85eee/Images/Documentation/15016560083100.png)
4. Check your email and copy and paste the verification code into the field provided, then select *Verify code*. If you have not received a code, select the *Send new code* button. 5. You're redirected to the*User Details*page. Complete the *First Name*and*Last Name* fields and select *UPDATE DETAILS*. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/2e698e3c-4773-44a4-9476-1d05bac85eee/Images/Documentation/15016560084636.png)
6. Lastly, a blank page with no apps displays. This is because a member of the Deltatre team needs to grant you access to the right products — like DIVA Back Office. > **Note:** We appreciate there are quite a few steps here — but this process is in place for security reasons. You only have to take *all* of these steps when you log in for the first time — when you re-log in, it's much more straightforward!

After account creation and initial login, the login process only requires your name and password.

### Login and apps

Once you're set up with your credentials, log in to DIVA Back Office and select the required app.

Permissions define app visibility. Speak to your administrator for further help.
