Overview

This release introduces DIVA support for the NPAW Youbora plugin, updated LiveLike integrations for Influencer chat and Interactive widgets, and an ExoPlayer upgrade.

What's new

NPAW Youbora plugin

DIVA now supports an optional Quality of Service (QoS) video analytics solution, the NPAW Youbora plugin.

An alternative to Convia, NPAW Youbora provides DIVA integrators with the flexibility to choose an out-of-the-box alternative analytics provider.

If integrated, the NPAW Youbora plugin can decrease QoS implementation costs. For more information, speak to your Product Engagement representative or Project Manager.

Updated LiveLike integrations

We’ve extended DIVA’s LiveLike integration compatibility on native web devices, including the latest updates from LiveLike.

Providing highly engaging features, LiveLike’s Interactive widgets and Influencer chat enhance DIVA’s live streaming playback experience even further. Delve into more detail on each feature:

Influencer chat

Encourage users to engage with influencers while consuming live content by emoji-reacting to messages through an on-screen chat feed.
