# Right-to-Left (RTL) languages

## What are Right-to-Left (RTL) languages?

Right-to-Left languages present content from right to left; this is also known as *mirroring*.

## How do I set up RTL language display?

If a RTL language is added in Presentation Manager (within the Admin section), it is visible to end-users in your apps. Selecting a RTL language automatically results in the app switching to a right to left format. This automatically reorients your layout, text, and graphical content, reducing the need for additional language variants.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** Media playback buttons and media progress indicators are not inverted for RTL languages.

## Which RTL languages are supported?

The RTL languages supported as part of the 5.1.0 release are Arabic, Hebrew, Kurdish, Persian, and Urdu.
