# Workflow Monitor Catalog introduction

This article introduces the Workflow Monitor Catalog in DIVA Back Office.

#### What is the Workflow Monitor Catalog?

DIVA’s Workflow Monitor Catalog contains a list of all videos generated by DIVA Back Office. It's important to note that this only relates to Live and VOD videos ingested via the API and entering DIVA Back Office via the automated video workflow.

The Workflow Monitor Catalog tracks the status of an ingested video in real-time for both live and video-on-demand (VOD) assets, showing the real-time progress and allows operators to identify errors easily. From here, operators can quickly view the workflow, status, title, progress, and copy the video ID.

#### View workflow progress

Gain further information on each stage by hovering over a session indicator.

#### Copy video ID

Operators can copy the video ID for operational purposes, including searching for a particular video in the Video Catalog.
