Administrators can seamlessly import and export the Page Builder site navigation using a JSON file.
This feature is essential for moving site navigation definitions across different environments, such as from development to production.
Using JSON files for Import and Export
To use the import and export feature, administrators must follow specific steps:
Export the existing site navigation definition to a JSON file.
Import the JSON file into the desired environment.
This process allows for easy migration and backup of the site navigation, ensuring that editorial teams can quickly move site navigation across different environments and always revert to a stable version if needed.
Benefits of the Import and Export feature
Streamlines the editorial process, reducing administrative workload when synchronizing the Page Builder across environments.
Enables efficient backup and restoration of site navigation definitions.
How does it work?
The capability to export and import the Page Builder site navigation through JSON files significantly enhances the overall experience for administrators and editorial teams.
This feature not only simplifies presentation management but also ensures that teams can operate with greater efficiency, regardless of the environment they are working in.
