What is the Category page?
The category page template is a standard page best used to display content on your site, or as the main page for your core content groups, such as Movies, Shows, and Events.
The Category page template includes a page header that is configurable with Hero rows, used to display large format image-focused rows, perfect for featured content.
Hero rows boost engagement and content consumption by promoting the most prominent and high-value application content to users. Configure the rest of your homepage with over 40 standard row types, including a full set of Poster rows, Tile rows, and Linear rows.
Our newest Hero row - HX1 - Advanced Hero row (16:9) provides granular control over the display of metadata, including image alignment options, custom badge support, titles, additional data, taglines, short descriptions, logos, and more.
The Category page is a Standard page, which are dynamic and editorially curated, working 1:1.
