Use the extended fields as filters

Alongside the standard filters, administrators can make extended fields available as filters. For example, a “Genre” or “Author” field.

Editors can then choose which ones to apply, creating a more tailored search experience.

Configure the search result

Administrators and editors can shape how results appear:

  • Administrators control what parameters the search results can display.

  • Editors choose which columns to show using the View details option.

Additionally, all entities—excluding editorial selections—provide a grid view for the search result:

Set up an advanced search

Leverage specific filters for editorial selections

Editorial selections group other entities to promote them, so they need specific search parameters.

The new UI provides filters by:

  • Mode (Autofill or Manual): If automatic rules determine the editorial selection content or editors manually fill it.

  • Type (Localized or Not localized): If the editorial selection content change per language or its main properties have different translations per language.

Perform bulk operations

You can now act on multiple entities at once.
