Note: The YouTube Videos icon can be in a different place because of the custom entities in your FORGE instance.
What do I need to embed a YouTube video?
All you need to embed a YouTube video is its Video Id, which is part of the video URL:

Managing the YouTube Video entity
When creating and managing a YouTube Video entity, the entity-specific fields are:
Description: The video's description to display in the front-end.
Duration: Filling the Duration field enables front-end business logic based on how long the video is.
Video Id: The YouTube video id.

All other fields are in common with all entities. For example, see the story entity as a reference.
Translations
The YouTube Video entities follow the language-independent workflow. The entity fields and publishing status can be different for each language.
For example, a YouTube Video can embed a YouTube video Id for the English UK language and another video Id for the French language. Also, the English UK video can be published while the French one is unpublished.
