Saving changes in FORGE

FORGE automatically saves any changes editors make while working. Editors can tell if changes are saved by looking out for the small tick in the header of the editing window.

Checking if your content is published

Editors can easily check on the status of their content in FORGE. See below for further status details:

Not published

Your content isn't published in the front-end:

Reviewed

Your content is published but has unpublished changes:

Published 

The latest version of your content is published in the front-end:

Note: You can't delete any content in FORGE. So, for example, if you want to remove a story from your product, you have first to unpublish it. Then, select the Archive button under the three-dot icon at the top of the story. Archived content can still be found through using Searching entities.
