Compatibility notes: The EPG1, EPG3, CH1, CH2, CHD1 and CHD2 rows were built with this functionality. From AXIS Presentation Manager 10.0, and Deltatre apps from v1.5 (Roku v1.2, and Apple v1.1), we’ve added the HX1, H1 and H2 rows.
Linear specific rows and some Hero rows (when they are configured with a channel) display the information for the Program that is currently live on the Channel, instead of the generic channel information, within the row. In addition to the program’s imagery is all relevant metadata, badges, and icons. This makes it easier for linear-first services to better merchandise live content, improving access to live events.
The rows this functionality applies to are: EPG1, EPG3, CH1, CH2, CHD1, CHD2, HX1, H1 and H2.
Note: Because Hero rows can only be directly configured with a list, to configure a Hero row with a channel, you need to add a list that has been configured with one or more channels.
