This article explains how to set up a menu item to link to a list.
How do I link to a list from a menu?
Linking out to a list from a menu item is as simple as entering the list's ID during menu configuration. When a user selects the menu item in their app, the list is displayed.
Navigate to the menu configuration area. To do this, select DISPLAY, followed by Menus.
Note: You can link to lists from both primary menus and sub-menus.
Start by selecting the menu type you want to configure, from the left-hand navigation (Header, Account, or Footer.)
Next, select the required menu variant.
Enter information into the relevant fields:
enter label: Specify a title for your menu item.
enter destination: Enter /list/{id} (this generates the select list field.)
enter list: Select the list you wish to display.
4. When you're done, select 
to save changes.
