Under ASSETS, each individual Item and Channel has a side tab entitled Offers. This is where offers that have already been applied can be seen, and additional offers can be added to a specific item/channel.
When you select the Offers side tab, there are two tabs - Table View and Timeline View. They display the same information in different ways:
Table View lists offers that apply to the asset, with administration options.
Timeline View displays the offers by which are applicable Today, and at various other points in time.
From these tabs, you can:
Edit an offer - to navigate to the Offer Details (which can then be edited and saved if required), select an offer in the list (the title is a clickable link) or select Edit from the three dot drop down list (Table View), or select Edit offer from the down arrow drop down list (Timeline View). Individual offer detail pages are listed in the Offers side tab of their parent global offer, under Global Offers.
Unlink an offer - to unlink an offer, select Unlink from the three dot drop down list (Table View) or select Unlink offer from the down arrow drop down list (Timeline View). This removes the offer from both tabs, but makes it available under Link a New Offer.
To link a new offer
In Table View, you can also link a new offer (this cannot be done from Timeline View).
Assets are normally ingested with an applicable offer already linked to them, however, it is also possible to link an offer:
Under Link a New Offer, click inside the drop down box. All offers that are available to link to that asset are listed - select the one you want to apply and click Link Offer. It will then appear in both the Table View and Timeline View tabs.
