Compatibility notes:

  1. Azure AD B2C integrations support Deltatre Apps 1.0 onwards.

  2. Subscription management on Responsive Web supports Deltatre Apps 1.1 onwards.

The Account page enables users who have signed up for a Subscription plan to access and modify their subscription information. In addition, they can complete different administrative tasks related to their account, including managing:

  • Email address and password

  • Billing history

  • Registered devices

  • Profile settings

  • Parental lock

  • Download settings

Note: The Account page, and the information supplied to end users, is dependent on how the page is configured in Presentation Manager and which rows are applied. The exception to this is that anyone accessing the Account page using a Kids Profile is only able to change the name of their profile, but not see or do anything else. Users with a standard or restricted profile can access the full page.

Let's take a look at some of the main capabilities of the Account page across the different apps:

Navigating to the Account page

To open the Account page, Responsive web users can either directly select the profile icon, or hover over the profile icon to bring up a menu (which is configured in Presentation Manager, usually with links relative to the account functionality) and then select the My Account link.

Note: If the Sign In and Register options display instead of the profile icon, subscribed users can select the Sign In link to access their account, and a visitor without an account can subscribe to the service using the Register button, which creates an account.
